    [摘要] 目的 探讨小青龙汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期炎症因子及肺功能的影响。 方法 选取2019年1月～2021年1月江西省赣州市人民医院治疗的支气管哮喘急性发作患者105例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗，n=52)与观察组(小青龙汤+常规治疗，n=53)。连续治疗2周后，对比分析两组的炎症因子和肺功能情况。 结果 观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者进行小青龙汤治疗的效果显著，有利于改善患者的通气功能，减轻炎症反应，临床可进一步推广运用。
