基于SimMan模拟系统在规培医师心肺复苏教学中的研究

夏森林 章凯 徐鑫 汪艳 卢振产[摘要] 目的 探討基于SimMan高仿真模拟系统对规培医师心肺复苏教学的效果。方法? 选择2018年1月~2020年12月湖州市中心医院急诊科规培2~3年级的住院医师,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行传统的课堂授课教学,观察组实施模拟教学。培训前后分别对两组学员的理论和实践能力进行考核,比较两组培训前后组内和组间理论和实践能力的差异,以及调查两组学员对教学效果的评价。结果? 培训前,两组理论成绩、实践成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在培训后的理论成绩和实践成绩均较培训前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训后观察组的理论成绩为(74.6±7.8)分,高于对照组的(72.4±8.5)分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组在培训后的实践成绩为(78.4±12.2)分,明显高于对照组的(72.2±7.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组能够更好的激发学习兴趣,培养临床缜密思维以及提高应急反应能力。 结论? 传统的课堂授课教学和模拟教学方法均能提高规培高年级住院医师的理论和实践能力,但模拟教学在提高实践能力方面具有明显的优势。
