[摘要]"目的"了解低龄老年人养老模式选择意愿及影响因素。方法"采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对张掖市低龄老年人进行养老意愿的问卷调查。结果"张掖市低龄老年人选择家庭养老的占比最高；养老问题依靠谁解决、入住养老机构的意见、对医养结合的了解程度、孤独感程度、慢性病患病数等因素影响低龄老年人的养老意愿。结论"张掖市低龄老年人对养老模式的选择以家庭养老为主，未来相关政府部门应结合老年人的多样化需求和影响因素特点，以期实现老年人养老服务需求的精准供给。
