[摘要]"目的"评估虚拟现实技术在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法"计算机检索数据库中有关虚拟现实技术对乳腺癌化疗患者干预效果的随机对照实验。检索时限从建库至2024年2月。由两位研究者依据预先设定的纳入和排除标准对有关文献进行筛选，提取资料和方法学质量评价，本研究共纳入8篇文献。数据分析采用Revman5.4软件，无法合并的数据采用描述性分析的方法。结果"Meta分析结果表明，虚拟现实技术显著改善乳腺癌化疗患者的焦虑、抑郁、癌因性疲乏、认知功能和生活质量。结论"虚拟现实技术作为一种非药物干预方式，能有效改善乳腺癌化疗患者的焦虑、抑郁、癌因性疲乏、认知功能、生活质量。
