冷冻面团制作馒头的工艺技术分析

    摘 要:科学技术不断进步的同时,为人们的生活与工作带来诸多便利。在当下的食品领域中,冷冻面团制作馒头已屡見不鲜。该技术的运用促进了餐饮行业的快速发展,有效杜绝资源浪费,受到人们的青睐。笔者结合自身多年实践经验,在本文中详细分析冷冻面团制作工艺,旨在提升该技术的运行质量,发挥该技术的有效性,从而推动我国食品行业可持续发展。

    Technological Analysis of Making Steamed Bread from Frozen Dough

    Abstract: While the continuous progress of science and technology, it brings a lot of convenience to people's life and work.In the current food field, frozen dough steamed bread is common making steamed bread.The application of this technology has promoted the rapid development of the catering industry, effectively eliminates the waste of resources, and is favored by people.The author combines his own years of practical experience, the author analyzes the frozen dough production process in this paper, aiming to improve the operation quality of the technology, give play to the effectiveness of the technology, so as to promote the sustainable development of China's food industry.
