    摘 要：现阶段，社会各界对食品安全的关注程度日益升高，对食品安全进行科学监控成为当下的热点话题，目前相关部门极度重视食品安全问题，并逐渐形成了一种安全保障体系，通过食品检测对食品安全进行掌控，计量控制是其中最重要的一环。本文主要针对发挥法定计量检定机构在食品安全中的重要作用进行分析，基于此，提出了一系列相关措施，以期为研究人员提供参考。

    Give Full Play to the Important Role of Legal Metrological Verification Institutions in Food Safety

    Abstract： At this stage， all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to food safety. How to scientifically monitor food safety has become a hot topic at the moment. At present， government departments attach great importance to food safety issues and have gradually formed a safety guarantee system. Food safety is controlled through food inspection， and measurement control is the most important part of it. This article mainly analyzes how to play the important role of legal metrology inspection agencies in food safety， and then based on this， put forward a series of relevant measures for reference.
