    摘 要：目前，我国食品安全形势上总体稳定，但食品安全的基础仍然薄弱，制约食品安全深层次的问题尚未根本解决，伴随着人们生活水平的提高，食品安全受到了广泛的关注。本文将从质量管理对食品安全的重要性考虑，分析质量管理与食品安全之间的层次关联，同时就质量管理今后发展作出思考，为提升质量管理的有效性及食品产业高质量发展提供参考。
