    摘 要：网络订餐是互联网兴起的新兴产物，是新业态下食品安全的重要治理领域，从原材料的采购、制作、运输配送到食用需要经过诸多环节，存在多种不稳定因素。研究网络订餐食品安全风险因素有利于监管部门提高对网络餐饮的治理效力。因此，本文从近年来网络订餐食品安全问题案例出发，探讨了网络订餐食品安全问题出现的原因，并给出了几点网络订餐食品安全防范措施，以期能为网络订餐服务的可持续健康发展添砖加瓦。
