    摘 要：特殊食品包括保健食品、婴幼儿配方食品和特殊医学用途配方食品，是供婴幼儿、老人等特定人群食用的食品。目前我国特殊食品消费面临消费者对特殊食品认知度低、信任度差，特殊食品经营者责任意识不强等问题，需要基层监管者运用行政指导手段，加大特殊食品社会宣传力度，严格特殊食品经营准入等，多措并举维护广大消费者的根本利益。
