    摘 要：食品安全始终是人们关注的一个重点问题。与传统的线下销售相比，网售食品具有較高的管理难度，相关单位要对其加强重视，综合探究目前网售食品安全监管中可能存在的问题，确定能有效解决问题的方法，保障人们的食品安全。本文论述了食品安全监管的具体功能，分析了网售食品安全监管过程中存在的问题，并提出应对策略，希望能对网售食品市场进行更有效的监管，严厉打击各种违法行为，保障消费者的合法权益，推进现代社会的稳定发展。
