    摘 要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高，动物源性食品以其丰富的营养价值和美味的口感越来越受到人们的喜爱。但在动物养殖、加工和运输过程中，不法商家通过在食品中添加违禁药物获取巨额利润，对消费者的身心健康构成了严重威胁。动物源性食品安全已成为社会关注的焦点，因此完善相关法律、加强对动物源性食品的全面监管、建立考核体系和责任追究制度及提高人们的食品安全意识是增强动物源性食品的安全有效途径。
