    摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题得到社会公众的广泛关注，为预防和减少食品安全问题出现，我国食品检测行业得到蓬勃发展，各类检测机构层出不穷，陆续推出多项新型检测技术，食品检测质量及效率均得到明显提升。与此同时，也对食品检测质量管理水平提出更高要求。基于此，本文以食品检测质量管理作为切入点，探讨我国食品检测行业在质量管理层面上存在的具体问题，以问题为导向，提出质量管理发展策略，以供参考。
