    摘 要：随着社会经济水平的提升，人们的物质生活更加丰富，对食物的要求也越来越高，越来越注重食物的安全和营养。食品安全与人们的身体健康密切相关。因此，要加强食品质量安全管理，严格把控食品生产和加工中的安全风险，避免发生食品安全事故，为人们提供高质量的食品。本文阐述了食品质量安全风险管理的重要性和作用，分析了食品中存在的食品质量安全风险隐患，提出了有针对性的控制措施，为建立有效的食品质量安全体系提供参考。
