食品质量安全风险隐患及控制措施探究

    摘 要:随着社会经济水平的提升,人们的物质生活更加丰富,对食物的要求也越来越高,越来越注重食物的安全和营养。食品安全与人们的身体健康密切相关。因此,要加强食品质量安全管理,严格把控食品生产和加工中的安全风险,避免发生食品安全事故,为人们提供高质量的食品。本文阐述了食品质量安全风险管理的重要性和作用,分析了食品中存在的食品质量安全风险隐患,提出了有针对性的控制措施,为建立有效的食品质量安全体系提供参考。
