食品微生物检测的质量控制路径探析
赵晓亚摘 要:食品微生物检测对食品安全管理工作十分重要,保证食品微生物检测工作的质量能有效提升食品微生物检测结果的可靠性,保障食品安全,为我国食品行业的发展打下良好的基础。本文概述了食品微生物检测的概念、范围以及特点,指出了我国目前食品微生物检测工作中易出现的质量控制问题,并提出科学的、具有针对性的解决方案,希望能为我国食品微生物检测质量控制工作提供参考。

Abstract: Food microbiological testing is very important for food safety management. Ensuring the quality of food microbiological testing can effectively improve the reliability of food microbiological testing results, ensure food safety, and lay a good foundation for the development of China’s food industry.
