    摘 要：食品安全问题是需要格外重视的民生问题，食品检验实验室是负责食品安全检验的主要场所，加强其检验过程的质量控制是确保最终检验结果可靠性与准确性的重要保障。基于此，本文阐述了食品检验实验室检验过程质量控制的重要性与相关原则，并提出8方面质量控制措施，为确保食品检测结果的真实性、准确性和有效性提供助力。

    Abstract： Food safety is a livelihood issue that needs special attention. Food inspection laboratory is the main place responsible for food safety inspection. Strengthening the quality control of its inspection process is an important guarantee to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the final inspection results. Based on this， this paper expounds the importance and relevant principles of quality control in the inspection process of food inspection laboratory， and puts forward 8 quality control measures to provide help to ensure the authenticity， accuracy and effectiveness of food inspection results.
