    摘 要：在农产品质量安全实际检测中，校准仪器、测量方法的评价、测量结果精密度和准确度等都会用到标准物质，但在不同检测过程中标准物质的应用方法是不相同的，错误的应用不仅造成浪费，还会影响检测质量。因此，正确应用标准物质对于质量控制极为重要。本文对农产品质量安全检测中标准物质的应用及质量控制等内容进行了探析，以期为相关人员提供参考。
