DE值测定结果准确性的关键影响因素探讨

摘 要：目前，测定糖浆DE值常用的方法是GB/T 20885—2007的方法，此方法较为成熟，操作简单，但要得到准确的DE值测定结果会受很多因素的影响。为确保检测数据的准确性，本文对影响DE值测定结果准确性的关键因素展开论述，以期为相关工作提供参考。
