    摘 要：粮食是民生之本，粮食安全关系到国计民生，同时是国家粮食储备安全的重要保障前提。在社会物质文明快速发展的背景下，人们由吃的饱过渡到吃的好、吃的健康，说明人们的生活档次和生活需求都在不断升高。因此，要加强对粮油储存安全的保护，以粮油质量安全为底线和基础做好食品安全控制工作，有关人员要对粮油粮食安全进行严格把关，发挥安全督查在粮油食品安全保障中的重要作用，对粮油食品的检测和抽样方法进行创新，保护食品安全。
