    摘 要：区块链技术在应用于食品追溯体系中具有较大的优势，可以为消费者提供真实、准确的食品溯源信息，有利于提高消费者对可追溯食品的信任，基于區块链技术的食品可追溯体系能够满足监管者、生产者的需求。本文探讨了区块链技术在食品可追溯领域的作用，并结合实际案例阐明区块链技术的优势，最后基于区块链技术在可追溯食品行业的现实需求提出相应建议。

    Study on the Application of Blockchain Technology in The Field of Food Traceability

    Abstract： Blockchain technology has natural advantages in the application of food traceability. It can provide consumers with real and accurate food traceability information， which is conducive to improving consumers’ trust in traceable food. The food traceability system based on blockchain technology can meet the needs of regulators and producers. This paper discusses the role of blockchain technology in the field of food traceability， illustrates the advantages of blockchain technology combined with practical cases， and finally puts forward policy suggestions based on the actual needs of blockchain technology in the traceability food industry.
