    摘 要：2019年7月28日，某市疾病预防控制中心接到相关部门的报告，辖区内某乡镇卫生院发现一起疑似食物中毒事件，中毒人数在10人以上，且中毒患者出现神志不清、头晕、呕吐及皮肤发绀等临床症状。就诊医生第一时间通过相关程序进行上报。市疾控中心接到通知后，立即成立事件处置小组，进行流行病学调查，采取措施进行控制，防止事件的进一步扩大。

    Investigation and Analysis of Food Poisoning Incidents Caused by Nitrite

    Abstract： On July 28， 2019， the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of a city received a report from relevant departments that a township health center within its jurisdiction found a suspected food poisoning incident.， and poisoned patients have clinical symptoms such as confusion， dizziness， vomiting and skin cyanosis. The visiting doctor will report it through relevant procedures as soon as possible. After receiving the notification， the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention immediately set up an incident handling team to conduct epidemiological investigations and take measures to control and prevent the further expansion of the incident. ......
