食用菌中重金属的检测方法和污染防治策略研究进展
李傲 闫俊锋 贾波 陆娟 杨莹摘 要:食用菌是一类营养丰富的真菌类食物,食用菌产业在增加种植者收入来源的同时,也丰富了消费者的膳食食谱。近年来,食用菌受到重金属污染的问题逐渐凸显,引发人们对其安全性的广泛关注。本文综述了食用菌中重金属含量的检测方法,分析了不同检测方法的优缺点,提出了预防食用菌遭受重金属污染的防治策略,以期为相关部门从源头上解决食用菌污染问题提供决策依据。
