    摘 要：在畜牧业中常需要使用兽药进行传染病的防治，动物源食品中兽药残留的问题广泛存在，并且各个国家都针对动物源食品中兽药的残留量进行了对应的控制与标准要求。本文针对动物源食品中兽药残留的检测问题进行分析，并且提出了相应的有效防控措施，旨在为全面加强动物源食品兽药检测提供参考性意见。

    Analysis of Veterinary Drug Residue in Food Products of Animal Origin， and its Prevention and Control Measures

    Abstract： In animal husbandry， veterinary drugs are often needed to be used to prevent and control infectious diseases. The problem of veterinary drug residues in animal food is widely exists， and various countries have corresponding control and standard requirements for the residual amount of veterinary drugs in animal food.This paper analyzes the detection problem of veterinary drug residues in animal source food， and puts forward the corresponding effective prevention and control measures， aiming to provide reference opinions for comprehensively strengthening the detection of veterinary drugs in food of animal origin. ......
