    摘 要：近年来，食品质量安全问题呈现出高发趋势，威胁公共卫生安全，因此做好食品安全检验工作至关重要。食品安全检验中，微生物检测技术为食品安全监督管理提供了重要的技术支撑与保障。基于此，本文概述了食品安全检验的重要性，分析了食品微生物检测技术的现状以及微生物检测技术，探讨了微生物检测技术在食品安全检验领域的具体应用以及注意事项。
