    摘 要：在生活水平不断提高的背景下，人们对食品质量也提出了更高的要求。新时期，食品安全问题频发，一些食品生产者、经营者为了追求利益，导致食品安全事故频繁发生。在此背景下，需要加强食品安全监管。本文针对当前食品安全监管的重要性进行探究，提出在食品安全监管中存在的问题及相应的应对措施，从而提升我国食品安全监管的有效性。
