Problems and Countermeasures in Food Inspection and Examination

Abstract: In recent years, people’s living standards have been greatly improved, and the requirements for food are becoming higher and higher. Food inspection and testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety. Inspectors should actively take measures to improve the level of testing technology and better maintain food safety. This paper analyzes the problems existing in food inspection, and puts forward the corresponding quality control measures for food inspection for reference.
