    摘 要：近年来，人们的生活水平有了很大提升，对食品的要求也越来越高。食品检验检测是保障食品安全的重要手段之一，检测人员应积极采取措施，提高检测技术水平，更好地维护食品安全。本文对食品检验存在的问题进行分析，并提出了相应的食品检验检测质量控制措施，以供参考。

    Problems and Countermeasures in Food Inspection and Examination

    Abstract： In recent years， people’s living standards have been greatly improved， and the requirements for food are becoming higher and higher. Food inspection and testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety. Inspectors should actively take measures to improve the level of testing technology and better maintain food safety. This paper analyzes the problems existing in food inspection， and puts forward the corresponding quality control measures for food inspection for reference.
