    摘 要：随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高，人们对食品的追求不仅仅满足于温饱，而是更加追求食品的品质，再加上近年来曝光的食品安全事件，食品安全问题成为人们关注的重点。在基层，通过食品快速检测进行食品监管是保障食品安全的重要方法之一。然而，由于食品快速检测技术本身存在一定的局限性以及基层相关检验人员专业技术的不足，使得食品快速检测在食品监管中存在一些问题。本文对基层的食品安全快速检测中存在的问题进行了探讨并提出了相应的解决对策。
