    摘 要：随着社会经济的迅速发展，目前餐饮行业已经成为我国第三产业的重要支柱。餐饮行业的快速发展和庞大的市场基数，给基层监管带来新的机遇与挑战。以兵团A市为例，分析了餐饮食品安全基层监管的现状，结合发达地区监管经验，提出了加强餐饮服务食品安全监管的对策。

    Research and Thinking on the Current Situation of Food Safety Supervision in Catering Service in Corps A City

    Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy， the catering industry has become an important pillar of China’s tertiary industry. The rapid development of the catering industry and its huge market base have brought new opportunities and challenges to grassroots supervision. Taking A city as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of grass-roots supervision of catering and food safety， and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of food safety in catering services based on the supervision experience in developed areas.
