    摘 要：高校食堂规范化管理有利于形成安全有序的工作环境，有效提升员工素质和工作效率，是推动高校食堂持续发展的不竭动力。本文主要研究分析了高校食堂规范化管理工作，以期为相关人员提供参考。

    Abstract：The standardized management of University canteens is conducive to the formation of a safe and orderly working environment， and effectively improve the quality and work efficiency of employees. It is an inexhaustible driving force to promote the sustainable development of University canteens. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the standardized management of University canteens， in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.

    规范化管理是对事物明文规定的标准而实施规范化操作活动的程序要求，达到管理的目的，想要规范地做好餐厅工作，必须严格执行标准。培养食堂职工以人为本的服务理念，打造符合餐饮管理特点的组织文化，学习国内外先进的餐饮管理方法，汲取成功案例的管理经验，构建高校后勤餐饮管理制度体系。管理者需具有对环境的适应能力，对事物的识别能力、分析能力、处理能力，既要有合理的管理措施，也需要从日常的工作中创新管理模式。
