    摘 要：为了提升食品药品检验实验室现场管理水平，本文引入6S管理方法，对实验室内的人员、仪器、检品、方法和环境等生产要素进行有效管理，探讨其在食品药品检验实验室管理中的具体应用并提出保障措施。该方法改善了实验室工作环境，使检测人员养成了良好检验习惯，提高了工作效率，为检验机构综合实力的提升奠定基础。

    Discussion on the Application of 6S Management Method in Food and Drug Inspection Laboratory

    Abstract： In order to improve the on-site management level of food and drug inspection laboratories， 6S management method was introduced in this paper to effectively manage the production factors such as personnel， instruments， inspection products， methods and environment in the laboratory. The specific application of 6S management in the management of food and drug inspection laboratories was discussed and the safeguard measures were put forward. This method improves the laboratory working environment， makes the testing personnel to forms good inspection habits， improves work efficiency， and lays a foundation for the improvement of comprehensive strength of inspection institutions. ......
