摘 要：目的：评定直接进样测汞法测定即食海带中汞的不确定度。方法：采用测汞仪直接进样，快速测定即食海带中汞含量，分析该方法测量不确定度的主要来源，并评估每一个分量的不确定度。结果：即食海带中汞含量为0.007 9 mg/kg，其扩展不确定为0.001 1 mg/kg(k=2)。结论：直接进样测汞法主要不确定度来源于制样均匀性、标准曲线拟合和标准溶液配制。因此采用直接进样测汞法时，需要严格控制制样均匀性、标准曲线的线性及标准溶液配制过程，从而提高检测结果的准确度。
