免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法测定食品中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量

    摘要：本文建立了食品中玉米赤霉烯酮免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法定量检测方法。结果表明，玉米赤霉烯酮在5.00～50.00 ng/mL线性关系良好，相关系数为0.999 91，样品回收率为83.9%～95.9%，相对标准偏差为0.2%～8.7%。该方法准确性度高，精密度好，可用于食品中玉米赤霉烯酮含量的检测。
