    摘 要：随着我国国民经济的增强，人们生活水平不断提升，对食品的安全质量有了更高的要求。因此，在食品加工过程中，相关企业需要更加注重食品加工安全，去除任何会对食品安全造成威胁的污染因素，使食品加工环节能够符合我国相关标准，为人们提供更高质量的食品。食品安全检验工作的开展能够对食品安全起到一定的保障作用，因此需要提升检验的精准性。基于此，本文结合食品加工中的污染问题及其安全检验进行了分析，并提出了一定的解决对策，旨在增强我国食品加工质量，促进我国食品行业持续发展。
