    摘 要：高效液相色谱仪是食品检测中的常用仪器，具有应用范围广、成本低廉、操作简单、灵敏度低、检测时间短和结果准确、可靠等优点，是检测食品添加剂、真菌毒素、农兽药残留、有效成分和营养成分的重要工具。本文简述了高效液相色谱仪在食品检测中的应用，并对食品检测中的重要环节进行探讨，为食品检测提供参考依据。

    Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatograph in Food Detection

    Abstract： High performance liquid chromatography is a commonly used instrument in food testing. It has the advantages of wide application range， low cost， simple operation， low sensitivity， short detection time， accurate and reliable results， etc. A great tool for active ingredients and nutrients. This paper briefly describes the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food testing， and discusses important links in food testing， so as to provide a reference for food testing.
