    摘 要：食品安全问题一直是全社会高度关注的重点问题，因此相关部门对食品质量安全的监管至关重要。快速检测技术因其检测时间短、操作简单、分析方法快速准确等优势成为食品质量安全监管的重要工具，被广泛应用于重大活动食品安全保障及应急事件处理中。本文主要对食品快速检测技术的概况及其在食品质量安全监管中的应用与质量控制进行分析，以期为食品安全监督管理者提供帮助。

    Food Rapid Detection Technology and its Application in Food Quality and Safety Supervision

    Abstract： Food safety has always been a key issue of great concern to the whole society， so the supervision of food quality and safety by relevant departments is very important. Rapid detection technology has become an important tool for food quality and safety supervision due to its advantages of short detection time， simple operation ， fast and accurate analysis. It is widely used in food safety assurance of major activities and emergency treatment.
