    摘 要：农产品加工业是连接初级农产品生产和加工产品最终消费的中间环节，对延长农业产业链具有重要作用。本文阐述了广西农产品加工业的发展历程和广西农产品加工技术创新获得的成果，分析了加工技术创新对产业发展的支撑作用，并展望了农产品加工技术未来的创新发展。
