    摘 要：食品安全一直受到社会各界的高度关注，但食品安全事故的发生会影响人们的日常生活，也不利于食品行业的未来发展。基于此，本文阐述了提升食品检验检测准确性的意义，分析了影响食品检验检测准确性的因素，并提出提高食品检验检测准确性的策略。

    Abstract： Food safety has been highly concerned by all sectors of society， but the occurrence of food safety accidents will affect people’s daily life and is not conducive to the future development of the food industry. Based on this， this paper expounds the significance of improving the accuracy of food inspection and detection， analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of food inspection and detection， and puts forward the strategies to improve the accuracy of food inspection and detection.
