灵芝作为普通食品原料的应用前景分析

    摘 要:灵芝是一种名贵中药材,同时具有较高的食用价值,我国部分地区已将灵芝作为食品食用。但目前灵芝不能作为普通食品原料应用于食品加工中,限制了灵芝产业的发展。本文通过分析政策性文件及借鉴其他食品原料的应用普及经验,提出将灵芝作为普通食品原料的对策,以期为灵芝产业的发展提供参考。

    Abstract: Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of precious traditional Chinese medicine with high edible value. Ganoderma lucidum has been used as food in some areas of China. However, at present, Ganoderma lucidum can not be used as ordinary food raw materials in food processing, which limits the development of Ganoderma lucidum industry.
