食品安全监督抽检工作中常见问题研究
王志敏摘 要:为解决食品安全监督抽检工作中的问题,本文简述了食品安全监督抽检工作的开展方法及要求,分析了食品安全监督抽检工作中存在的问题,提出了优化措施,包括總体统筹,制定合理的工作计划;注重样品接收、制备和流转;保证抽检抽样流程的规范性;提升工作人员的专业性;反复检查抽样结果,保证准确性;比较抽检结果;制定检测项目的纳入排除标准;运用抽检应用程序,限制重复抽样;引入监督机制等,希望可以为相关人员提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in food safety supervision and sampling inspection, this paper briefly describes the development methods and requirements of food safety supervision and sampling inspection, analyzes the problems existing in food safety supervision and sampling inspection, and puts forward optimization measures, including the overall plan as a whole, formulate reasonable work plan; focus on sample reception, preparation and transfer; ensure the standardization of sampling procedures; enhance the professionalism of staff; check sampling results repeatedly to ensure accuracy; comparison of sampling results; develop inclusion and exclusion criteria for testing items; use sampling applications to limit repeated sampling; introduce supervision mechanism ......
