    摘 要：食品安全是人们生产、生活的根本保障因素。我国现阶段的食品质量安全仍有待提高，有关部门要充分重视食品安全领域的食品卫生指标超标、食品添加剂过量和包装不规范等现象，加强食品安全监督管理力度，严厉打击食品安全违法行为。本文分析了我国食品质量安全现状，提出了加强我国食品质量安全的策略。

    Thoughts on Strengthening in China Food Quality and Safety

    Abstract： Food safety is the fundamental guarantee factor for peoples production and life. Food quality and safety in my country still needs to be improved at this stage. Relevant departments should pay full attention to the phenomenon of excessive food hygiene indicators， excessive food additives， and irregular packaging in the field of food safety， strengthen food safety supervision and management， and severely crack down on food safety violations. This paper analyzes the current situation of food quality and safety in my country， and proposes strategies to strengthen food quality and safety in my country.
