    摘 要：动物源性食品安全问题时有发生，给消费者造成了一定的经济损失和身体危害。分析动物源性安全问题的发生原因，并采取相应的防范措施和对策，对保障食品安全具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了动物源性食品的安全问题，提出了解决动物源性食品安全问题的对策，为动物源性食品安全的管控提供借鉴，以减少动物源性食品安全问题的发生。

    Abstract： Animal-derived food safety problems occur from time to time， causing certain economic losses and physical harm to consumers. It is of great significance to analyze the causes of animal-derived safety problems and take corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures to ensure food safety.
