    摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题时有发生，食品安全管控成为社会关注的重点，高校作为食品安全问题高发场所，做好校内餐饮安全防控成为高校建设发展应重点考虑的内容。通过实践管控得知，食品安全档案的建设有助于高校构建餐饮安全防控体系，推动高校餐饮安全防控工作开展，有效防控食品安全问题发生。基于此，为有效建立高校餐饮安全防控体系，有序开展餐饮安全防控工作，本文简述了食品安全档案对高校餐饮安全防控体系构建的重要性，并提出在食品安全档案基础上构建高校餐饮安全防控体系的策略建议，以加强高校餐饮安全防控效果。
