我国食品安全风险防控的制度成本研究
马千惠 郭迎春摘 要:本文阐述了食品安全制度成本的概念与内涵,分析了食品安全相关制度成本的构成以及性质,在对我国食品安全风险防控相关制度成本现状调研的基础上,提出降低食品安全风险防控相关制度成本的方法与路径,以期为政府、企业及消费者在食品的监管、生产、消费过程中降低不必要的成本,为实现安全、放心的食品消费环境提供思路。

Research on the System Cost of Food Safety Risk Prevention and Control in China

Abstract: This paper expounds the concept and connotation of food safety system cost, and analyzes the composition and nature of food safety related system cost,. On the basis of the current situation research, the method and path of reducing the cost of food safety risk prevention and control related systems are proposed, in order to reduce unnecessary costs for the government, enterprises and consumers in the process of food supervision, production and consumption, and to provide ideas for realizing a safe and secure food consumption environment.
