    摘 要：在我国社会经济快速发展的背景下，食品进出口贸易繁荣发展，我国食品市场呈现出多样化的特点，但是随着发展的深入，食品质量问题也随之而来。本文主要对食品安全风险分析工作以及食品质量管理的内容进行总结，从而分析现阶段我国食品安全质量管理工作中的常见问题，提出加强食品质量管理工作中食品安全风险分析作用的具体路径。

    The Role of Food Safety Risk Analysis in Food Quality Management

    Abstract： Under the background of Chinas rapid social and economic development， food import and export trade has also prospered， Chinas food market presents the characteristics of diversification， but with the deepening of development， food quality problems also follow. This paper mainly summarizes the content of the food safety risk analysis work and the food quality management， so as to analyze the common problems in the food safety and quality management work in China at the present stage， and puts forward the specific ways to strengthen the role of the food safety risk analysis in the food quality management work.
