    摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提升，人们对食品生产加工质量安全的需求也在不断提升。本文论述了食品生产加工环节食品质量安全管理的意义，分析了影响食品质量安全的主要原因，并提出相应的对策，以提升食品质量安全，保证人们的身体健康。

    Abstract： With the rapid development of Chinas economy and the improvement of peoples living standards， peoples demand for the quality and safety of food production and processing is also increasing. This paper discusses the significance of food quality and safety management in food production and processing， analyzes the main reasons affecting food quality and safety， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve food quality and safety and ensure peoples health.
