    摘 要：食品检测是食品安全保障的重要组成部分，事关国计民生，保证食品检测质量尤为关键。目前，在食品实验室检测过程中，由于环境、设备、人员等诸多因素的影响，食品检测质量得不到有效保障，降低了食品检测结果的准确性，在此情形下，积极采取有效措施解决现存问题十分关键。基于此，本文概述了食品检测的重要性，分析了食品检测质量影响因素，并探讨了食品检测实验室食品检测质量控制对策，以供参考。
