    摘 要：职业院校着力培养技术技能人才，实验实训能力与水平直接影响人才培养质量。本文从食品检验检测实验实训质量安全保障体系的构建、实践应用成效等方面进行了系统的阐述分析，并展示了从6个不同维度构建食品检验检测实验实训质量安全保障体系的建设成果，为人才培养质量的提升提供了新的视角和借鉴方法。
