    摘 要：食品质量受到人们的广泛关注，开展准确的食品质量检验是确保食品质量达到标准要求的科学措施。对于检验主体来说，检验标准、检验方式等检验要素的选择和适用，都有可能影响食品质量检验的准确性。因此，有必要对影响食品质量检验准确性的因素进行科学分析。本文在明确食品质量检验重要性的基础上，对可能影响质量检验准确性的因素及保证质量检验准确性的措施进行了探讨分析，以期为相关人员提供参考。
