食用植物油中酸价测定的不确定度评定

    摘要：本文分析和评定食用植物油(以大豆油为例)中酸价测定中的不确定度各个分量，结果表明，大豆油酸价为0.20 mg/g，扩展不确定度为0.01 mg/g(k=2)，滴定过程消耗的氢氧化钠标准溶液体积的不确定度最大，样品重复测量产生的不确定度次之。
