气相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水产干制品中9种挥发性N-亚硝胺

摘 要:建立了水产干制品中9种挥发性N-亚硝胺的三重四极杆气质联用仪检测方法。水产干制品样品经PRIME HLB固相萃取小柱净化,采用MRM多反应离子监测,外标法定量,结果表明,在0.5~250.0 μg/kg的浓度下,各化合物的响应值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 6),方法检出限为0.3 μg/kg,加标回收率在70.1%~87.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~8.1%。该方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,适用于水产干制品中9种挥发性N-亚硝胺的同时检测。
