分子生物学技术在食品检验中的应用
刘雪 宋菁景 林小晖摘 要:食品安全事关人们的生命健康,受到人们的广泛关注,食品检验是保证人们饮食安全的重要环节。近年来,现代分子生物学技术发展迅速,因其快速、灵敏、高效等特点,在食品检验方面的应用广泛。本文主要对分子生物学技术在食品检验领域中的应用进行探讨,以期为食品检验技术的发展提供依据。

Abstract: Product safety is related to people’s life and health, by wide attention, food inspection is an important link to ensure people’s food safety. In recent years, modern molecular biology technology has developed rapidly, because of its rapid, sensitive, efficient and other characteristics, it is widely used in food inspection.This paper mainly discusses the application of molecular biology technology in the food inspection field, in order to provide a basis for the development of food inspection technology.
